TRIVIA FUNDRAISER 



When: Saturday 25 March
Time: 6pm for 6.30pm start
Where: Abruzzo Club Brisbane
150 Fursden Rd, Carina
Cost: $15.00 per head (Maximum of 10 per table)

What to expect.
  • Multi Raffle Tickets for Sale at the Door 6 for $5.00 
  • Games to make you laugh for a gold coin donation 
  • Prizes for winning table 
  • Tea, Coffee and Light Supper Provided 
  • Cash Bar will be available for drinks BYO Snacks 
  • Fun fun fun

All monies raised will be donated to The Sycamore School, A Prep to Yr 6 school for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder at Alexander Hills and other Quota Charities.

Craft and Gift Fair
The Craft and Gift Fair for 2016 is coming closer. We are once again holding this event at PCYC Carindale, Cnr Creek Rd and Narracott St, Carindale.

2016 Charlie Bear will be at the 2016 Craft and Gift Fair check out Toowoomba Teddies
Charlie Bear is the most adorable teddy.  He will be joined by his numerous friends on the Toowoomba Teddies stand.

Our club and Stampin' Up! often come together to support each others charities. Each year we have a Craft and Gift Fair that Stampin' Up! demonstrators are happy to support and have been attending for over 10 years to raise monies for our various charities.

Well today I am inviting you to attend another of fundraisers. On Monday 2nd May (Public Holiday) Stampin" Up! Paper Angels will be holding a Charity Cardmaking Day, to support North Queensland Rural Family Support Services.

Each person attending will make 27 cards, be provided with lunch and afternoon tea and take home extra craft supplies left over from the kit you will be supplied. The cost of this day is $60, I think this is great value for a day full of creativity and getting together with friends.

Print out the flyer below and invite your friends. We will need RSVP's and payment by 22nd April to allow the Paper Angels time to order in all the kits. Zena Kennedy is one of the demonstrators and you can Email her for further details.

October 11

The Craft and Gift Fair for 2015 is bigger than ever. We have moved venues to accommodate all the new activities we are bringing to the day.


April 6 and 13
The Paper Angels Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrators are organising a charity card making day with proceeds going to our Quota Club in the Philippines.

There will be two events, 6 April at Pine Rivers Bowls Club (Northside) and 13 April at Carina Leagues Club (Southside) 10am to 4pm.  The cost of this day is $40 and you make 20 cards.


October 2013
The Craft and Gift Fair for 2013 is on the
way to the Belmont Services Bowls Club on Sunday 13 October from 9am. Entry cost is $6 per adult and $3 per child.
We have locked in exhibitors across a range of specialties, from papercraft, textiles, beading, doll making, stamping, woodturning and much more. Exhibitors will show their crafts and beautiful hand made products will be available for sale. There is also an opportunity to buy product to create your own hand made item. A great opportunity for some Christmas shopping with unique gifts suitable for all ages.

We have a Singer sewing machine from Sewco (at Mt Gravatt) as a doorprize!

Matthew will join us to provide tea and his special blend of coffee at reasonable prices to keep your whistle wet and lunch will be available for purchase.
Join us in air conditioned comfort and support the special charities that Quota supports, including CleftPals, Asperger Services Aust.

Come and join the community fun and invite your family and friends along. It is a great day out and provides support to the local community.

  • Quota Coffee Club - 3rd Saturday each month, starting from 18 May
  • Come along, have a coffee or two, first cup compliments of Quota, and enjoy a chat about our community projects with the friendly and enthusiastic Quotarians at their table.

  • Changeover – 4 May -This is our changeover breakfast when the club says “Thank You” to outgoing Committee members and welcomes in the new Committee. Presentations are also made to various community organisations.
